A private household in the Lippe district wanted to become independent of fossil fuels and rising gas prices. The old heating system was to be replaced by a modern, environmentally friendly and future-proof solution that stays highly efficient and thoroughly reliable even at low outside temperatures.
We calculated the building's heat load precisely and installed a highly efficient Vaillant aroTHERM plus air-to-water heat pump rated at 12 kW. Combined with a hydraulic station, a 300-litre buffer cylinder and a 300-litre hot water cylinder, the system is matched exactly to the household's demand. Smart control via sensoCOMFORT and the myVAILLANT app makes it easy to operate and monitor.
A renovation project that worked out from start to finish, all from a single source: the old system was professionally dismantled and the gas meter deregistered. By drawing on the KfW heating subsidy, the customer secured attractive funding. The house now heats with low emissions, sustainably and very quietly — well prepared for what comes next.
